My name is Mohammad Sabokrou. I was born in IRAN-Gonabad. I received my MSc and PhD degree in Computer Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Mahmood Fathy in 2013 and 2016, respectively. My master dissertation was about target tracking using Wireless Visual Sensor Network, and My Ph.D. thesis was about anomaly detection in video based on deep learning method. During of my Ph.D. thesis I also was a researcher at HPC lab at IUST, Also, since 2014, i have an opportunity to collaborate with prof. Reinhard Klette.  After my PhD, I have joined the Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM) where i am working as Postdoctoral Researcher.

Currently, My recent research focuses on machine learning especially deep learning and statistical method for video and image processing.

2.8.2018: ALOC (CVPR2018 paper) code is out!

1.6.2018: For  three months, I will work as a  postdoctoral researcher at Center for Machine Vision and Signal Analysis (CMVS) of University of Oulu, Finland
